Trials insurance

Hi. I'd appreciate some advice. Just renewed my insurance for another year on my X-90 and under the limitations it now states 'not to be used for any competition, trial, track day or performance test'. I guess this includes car trails. I'd be interested to hear how others get around this problem as my previous company asked me whether I used the car for trials and when I said yes, they refused to quote me.

575 type /B Series axle info

I picked up a 1950 Austin A40 Devon rear axle it was initially for a sporting car trials car, but it looks similar to the 575 marina van axle, will the diff fit the 575 case and shafts with few if any mods?
 The ratio is 5 to 1 which i would like to use.

marlin parts.

I will have shortly a marlin chassis and a lot of parts for it. The chassis is spoken for but I will have a complete body for sale. 2 brand new front mudgaurds. A full stainless exhaust. Roll hoop that connects to the front screen. Some nice alloys(will get a pic if anyone is interested). 2 1275 a series engines. a b series gearbox and engine.  No sensible offer refused on any of the above. All I want is the chassis any questions call Matt 07800 824014.

Passenger seating

Whats the deal with passengers seating rules. I thought the passengers must remain in the seated position. I have seen a few videos floating around with passengers almost climbing out of the cars to transfer their weight. They are certainly not seated, and am sure this breaks the rules. Apart from that it is very dangerous. What are other peoples views on this please. Matt Denny
