Are these Scams?

There are a number of 'classified ads' appeared on Ebay today, all newly registered business accounts with (0) feedback.  They are all different user names with addresses in different parts of the country but all offering classic cars for around £1900 each. There's a 1933 Lagonda VDP tourer, 1928 supercharged Riley special, a 1962 Daimler Dart, a rather nice E type Jaguar coupe and several others.  Definitely a snip at these prices but somehow I smell a fish!!

What do you think???

Mexican Beetle

While on duty at my local motor club's stand at the local show I was talking to an elderly gentleman who has what sounds to be an interesting collection of cars.
One in particular I thought might appeal to the Trialling fraternity.
This is a Beetle made in Mexico around 17 years ago. It's left hand drive, 1200cc, taxed until October and has an MOT until Feb'08.
If anyone is interested is finding out more then please contact me and I can supply a name and phone number.
The location of this car is adjacent to Portsmouth in deepest darkest Hampshire.

Classical Gas - Paper version

Michael

Sorry you won't be doing the hard copy of Classical Gas any more, but please keep doing it on line; I don't think that I am the only person who would miss it.   Thanks for all the excellent editions that you have done in the past - always to be looked forward to.
