Just seen that Ken Greens Land Crab is featured in this months Classic and Sports Car. Also Dave Haleys Dellow Mk2 rebuild in The Automobile. - Michael
Michaels BLOG has an entry that says "Dave Haley's Dellow is shown in The Automobile" and "I think this magazine is going dwnhill" Are these two comments related?????
No my meaning was not that the magazine was going down hill because they had a piece about Daves car. On the contrary they should have more articles like this-
I used to subscribe but didn't renew this year because of the enless stuff about cars selling for zillions and reporting commercial racing series and rallying for the ritch.
i dont have much time for many of the magazines today and will not renew my sub to Motor Sport that i have read since the mid 60's.
Thanks to Simon for pointing out that the bě˛ og could have been read as negative towards Dave.My intent was Quite the contrary
It's a shame about Motor Sport. I used to look forward to 1st of each month if only to read Jenks' articles and look at John Brittan's advert. For the last few years I have been buying it sporadically but I don't even bother to skim through it in the newsagents now.
