Hi everyone,
I hope you had a great Exeter. I have posted some pictures from Tillerton and Simms in a new Album. They are fine on the screen but I compressed them quite a bit to upload them. Let me know if you would like one with less compression so you can print it in better quality.
Also check out Documents (click here). I have uploaded some Real Player Video of Tillerton and Simms. Let me know how you get on reading it.
Michael
Hi Michael The "stills" are great but no success with the video - I even did a 30min upgrade to RealOnePlayer but to no avail - it won't read the file. Has anyone else succeeeded? Regards Brian PS I had a bit of difficulty typing at work today - my hands kept trying to assume the "handlebar grips" position.....
ReplyDeleteThe video worked OK for me. We ended the Exeter on a high by getting up Simms for the first time since 1994 I think. Thanks for getting a photo Michael and of our small smoke screen on Tillerton! Cheers Pete
ReplyDeleteHave added a few photos of Simms, there are another 14 but it was deleting them as fast as I was adding them! even added a Deltic that is one of a pair in a friends boat - a really awesome powerplant not to big but 3200 horsepwer each. I have run out of bytes it would seem!
ReplyDeleteHi Michael, Your video and sound were fine although I was prompted to upgrade from Real Player 1 which I didn't. My only problem was when I chose to go onto "full screen" for the video all of the picture appeared "tiled" ( as you sometimes see on your Sky TV). Did you get ok the other pictures of Simms I sent and the e-mail? Regards John Mac
ReplyDeleteJohn, You either need to dlete some of your old pics or join a 2nd time. btw - have you any bike pic's I can use? Michael
ReplyDeleteJohn - got the other pics - I will upload them later in the week when I can use the office broad-band connecytion Michael
ReplyDeleteMichael, All of the pics. I took you have. Sorry I didn't concentrate on bikes - next time I will do both John
ReplyDeleteExcellent Pictures and Video,
ReplyDeleteIve been playing it at work all day, much to the annoyance of the rest of the people in the office.
Unfortunately we dropped out of the Exeter, got up the first 2 Gatcombe and Stewarts no problem but started to develop carb mixture/timing problems that lost us all low down power. Couldnt get the car to start on Stretes for ages and when we got going didnt have any power to get up. Drove to Exeter services and retired, hopefully will get it working again properly this weekend as it seems ok on the open road.
Cheers
