New Trials Venue
Question? Is there any news about the possible new single venue trials site near Ellesmere that was mentioned some months ago on this site?

Famous Hills postcard in Triple - page 35
I am puzzled by the hill named as Dean Steep. The only Dean Steep I know is a fantastic rock climb (worthy of an MCC hill) just SW of Buckfastleigh - that is clearly not the one in the picture! Anyone know where it is please?
Also, what would you date the postcard as?
Brian
PS I have only ever seen Beggars Roost in the dark and I always imagined it as tree lined?
Imp Engines
I need some help in trying to identify which gearbox fits on the back of a imp engine without an adaptor plate. I seem to remember that one of the cars on the ACTC's stand at the Historic Motorsport show had this arrangement. Anyone got any ideas?
Cheers

Exeter 2006
Exeter paperwork should be on its way to you as I type this. Been out today 'improving' and inspecting some of the hills and bumped in to a group of barely recognisable ramblers we felt may have had motoring perhaps trialling connections. Or was I just imagining things. In deepest darkest Dorset. Beware big brother is watching, hee, hee, hee.

Question
Hi
My email provider has recently installed spam
filters that have prevented receipt by me of some emails. I have been
receiving some but not all emails from Classical Gas. My provider
has said if I can ask legitimate senders to contact them at postmaster@talkgas.net.uk with
headers of bounced mail they wil ensure they are sent. Have you received any
bounced mail and could you help with this?

I am passengering Simon Groves on my first Cornish one day trial. I plan to post live hill by hill reports over at http://spaces.msn.com/members/classicalgas/
If other competitors would like to help then touch base with me at the start so I can give you my mobile number. This will enable you to post your reports as well by text message.
