I have had to do a lot of juggling around to get the piccies of the Allen into the photo album, as the MSN informs me that I have used up my allotted 30Mb of space. What a surprise!! I had to leave quite a few photos off when I realised that I couldn't blame all the out of focus and shakey shots on the slow speed of the digital camera, when I took a group shot of 4 gentlemen helping to hold up Terry Coventry's Citroen on Burledge. All out of focus and blurry, and they weren't even moving!!!
Congratulations to the Allen Trial organising team for an excellent day out, and for even managing to (nearly) organise a rain free day for the event. And getting the report and the results on to the web site so early. Abiding memories are of Pete Fear getting a 6 on the Burledge restart for jumping Emma Flay's flag, and some of the poor spectators/marshals getting a shower of slurry on John Taylor as we went past. Only black spot of the day was the parking lot on the M4 as we went home. Could the organising team please see to that as well next year?
