  1. Dear All -   This was discussed, at some length, at the ACTC Council Meeting on 20th May. The current view is as follows: Taw and Torridge: Looking unlikely. Fellside: The club are still hopeful, but most others think it is unlikely. Edinburgh: The MCC will be making a decision soon, but they are not hopeful. Ebworth: This may be possible as it is single-venue. Stroud will be reporting soon. Exmoor Clouds and onwards: No current information.   What many competitors do not understand is that the 'lead time' before an event can be six months or longer. If the MSA started re-issuing permits tomorrow, it would make very little difference to the earliest autumn events. As Roger Pole said "How can I possibly start asking farmers if we can use their land in September when they are still under F&M movement restrictions?"   The dismal view, held by many I'm afraid, is 'Forget 2001'. However, a quick and careful reading of the ACTC Rule Book confirmed that, technically, the Championships could still run with only one event, and we've actually had two (Exeter and Exmoor).   Andrew

  2. I saw a press release from the MSA last Friday that stated road rallies and classic trials could start again from July 11th. BUT there were some quite strict restrictions. But it seems that everything will be 'go' if its an uninfected area. So Hardy and Allen should be on. Stuart Harrold

I asked all the organisers to give me the probability that their event will run.   See the results and comments.    I will update this table as more info unfolds.
