A friend had one in 1961, he put cycle wings and a Ferari shark nose front end on, oh dear! It did not have any grip on the road never mind a slippery track. The side valve V8 did have a very soft delivery of what passed for power in those days. Didn't do too well at Trengwainton which was the benchmark down in deepest Southwest in those days. John Lees.
