London-Brighton lack of picture

Apologies to those of you who looked into the London-Brighton Photo album only to find nothing there.

When I tried to insert the picture the programme tells me that there are no pictures in the folderin my PC, when I know damn well that there are.

What am I doing wrong?

By the way, the picture in question is of Tony Young in his 1903 Argyle chugging up Clayton Hill in Sunday's event.

Hepl, anyone?

  1. Chris,   I have just tested it (see album test) and I can upload a picture OK.   My suggestion   Make sure the pictutre has a jpg file extension eg:- "Chris.jpg" if not that may be the reason why Microsoft can't see the pictures. To convert you need a program like paint shop pro. If you don't have something like this e-mail the pictures and I will change the format for you.   Michael

  2. From Chris Phillips - Michael, Dismal failure.  I had already done that which you suggested, so perhaps you might put it in there for me.

The details are that the car is a 1903 Argyll and the pic was taken on Clayton Hill on this year's Brighton Run.
My original thought for a caption was: 'Aah... but will 'er get up Simms?', or
'So now we know where Tony got the idea for his big wheels from'
