I didn't realise how important this is until the night shift at Waterloo.
We were up on the top bends and it was quiet difficultt to spot where the competitors had placed their numbers to mark my card. I was mindful that i didn't want to shine a bright light onto the mirrors to blind the driver.
A reflective number would be too expensive for the MCC but maybe a reflective red tape around the holder would be a good idea. Red as it faces to rear.
Bikes were much better even some were lit (!!) and others even called their number out when passing - really helpful lads!!
I wonder if Tim will put a restart between those bends next year. Nice addition for the reds!!
