Just seen that Ken Greens Land Crab is featured in this months Classic and Sports Car. Also Dave Haleys Dellow Mk2 rebuild in The Automobile. - Michael
While on duty at my local motor club's stand at the local show I was talking to an elderly gentleman who has what sounds to be an interesting collection of cars. One in particular I thought might appeal to the Trialling fraternity. This is a Beetle made in Mexico around 17 years ago. It's left hand drive, 1200cc, taxed until October and has an MOT until Feb'08. If anyone is interested is finding out more then please contact me and I can supply a name and phone number. The location of this car is adjacent to Portsmouth in deepest darkest Hampshire.
Sorry you won't be doing the hard copy of Classical Gas any more, but please keep doing it on line; I don't think that I am the only person who would miss it. Thanks for all the excellent editions that you have done in the past - always to be looked forward to.
I would like to thank all the trialling friends for their support with offline and website donations. Along with Gift Aid the grand total was over짙1000.
My ship still hasn't come in so there may be somebody interested in these Dellow's for sale. They look a bit pricey but perhaps there is a margin for negotiation!
The third one is on auction at the moment in Buxton, alas it may be too late. go to www.classic-auctions.co.uk

I'm beginning to think that Dellow may have had a set up to rival Wolfsburg and the low production numbers often quoted is just an elitest plot to keep the prices up!!!
