If you are having trouble signing in, it may be because Mr Microsoft seems to have changed his Passport System without telling anyone.
To make you passport work again, go to www.passport.com, and choose to update your profile. You will then be forced to answer a number of pointless, and IMHO intrusive questions, after which your passport will work again. (Or at least mine did).

I answered "other" to all the job related queries, gave my age as over 100, and Mr Microsoft's data validation isn't good enough to notice that XX1 1XX is not a valid postcode!
