Well, I never thought that I would be posting a message like this to followers of this site a month or so ago. If you are intending to enter the Northern Classic Trial please get your entry off to us as soon as possible as we may well end up with a full entry!!! 
Many thanks to all who have entered already. The organising team are calling in all their favours from the weather gods for it to rain at the beginning of the week with clear weather on the set up day of the 17th and bright sunshine on the 18th. God, it is rumoured, loves a trier.
Looking forward to seeing competitors and marshals on the 18th for a cracking days trialling.

66 entries is the best for years. All the very best to everyone entered and also to the vast marshalling team (around 100 signed on last year!!!) that go to make the Northern possible. The weather is looking damp but fortunately not frosty and looking like it will be clear to have excellent views of Skiddaw.
