I have recently received a circular (read junk mail) from Lloyds TSB Car Insurance extolling their virtues - fair enough as I have had an account with them since 1949 when I was about 3 weeks old. On the the reverse it says that if I want a copy of that letter in large print or Braille then I could ring a freephone number???????? - how well they know me!

I dare you to send for the braille version, then apply for a quote! wonder how much motability a blind driver can claim for?
