Clee Hill Trial

What a shame that the Clee Hill had to be cancelled. We competitors were unhappy not to have our days sport. But what about the organisors, think of the hours of hard work put in by the organising team not to mention the money spent. So thanks to all the organisors for all the effort, I hope that it was not wasted and some can be used when the trial finally runs. Any chance that the event will run later this year?

  1. I'm sure no one is as p*ss*d off as I am by the event biting the dust, sorry snow,   Having taken three days off work to lay the course out, I also had to take the Monday off to collect all the equipment that the marshals would normally have collected.   I have done nothing from the time I returned from the Exeter until today except Clee Hills Trial stuff.   Will we run it later, thats a decision that I need to take a few days over.  Currently my morale level is so low that the gut response is No Way.   Thanks for the messages of sympathy that some of you have sent.  It is apreciated.    I hope that those of you who received a copy of the results apreciated them too.   BTW Thats Terry Ball's Beetle on the frontpiece of the site, Ken Martin is "just" his passenger.

  2. If we do run it again, it will be 18th March.  Thats the only free day that fits with both ACTC and MAC events.         Keep it noted in your diary.
