I am considering modifying my engine to increase the size of the sump by welding on some side 'panniers'. Has anyone got an old wrecked/rusty E93A engine they want to get rid of? I would rather experiment on another sump so that I have my original to fall back on if it fails! Thabks Tony
I havn't got an old sump but if you are going to do this you should consider putting in top hinged doors at the sides to stop the oil surge on corners. Peter
