The Future of the Classical gas Message Board

Microsoft will no longer support MSN Groups from February 2009. My plan is to migrate all the data (all messages and pictures) from The Classical Gas Message Board into another system so you can continue to use the service as you have done for the last ten years and hopefully it will be better. Will keep you posted - Michael

  1. Michael.   I hope you succeed in moving as trials enthusiasts would have nothing to do between events. I know I am a relatively new member but I find the discussions very interesting even though I don't agree with all the views! Best of luck in your endevours.   Robin.

  2. Shame about Microsoft's decision.   Hope you manage to get us moved without too much hassle & thanks for doing it all.

  3. Sorry to hear of the extra work and hassle coming your way Michael!   If it is of any help, the Devon TRF Group set up an open forum at very short notice using a Sparklit board. Free of charge and gives quite a lot of control over users etc. It is easy to use and has proved very popular and has already drawn in quite a few new members to the TRF. It could just as easily been a private forum but no real need. You need to join to post messages the way we have set it up and we require full "real names".   See http://devongtrf.activeboard.com/forum.spark?forumID=124986&p=35   Best wishes   Brian
