JOINING
To post messages, photo's etc you need to join the community by getting a Microsoft "Passport". In theory you just follow Microsoft's links but this does not always seem to work. If you have any problems try the following. You will end up with a Microsoft Hotmail Account but that won't do any harm.
Please read our rules before joining. We are a real names community. You must use your real name as your nickname, or advise it in the notes with your application. It will be published here (This rule tightened up on 1st August 2004)
1. Get a Passport again. Either from the Community or from www.msn.com.
2. If you have problems try this way - it's what I did. Go to www.hotmail.com and sign up for a Microsoft Hotmail E-Mail Account (you don't have to use it). This will give you a Passport. Then go to the Community and sign up as a member.
4. You shouldn't have any problem's joining the community now. For security reasons Microsoft send you an e-mail you have to reply to.
5. That's it apart from the fact that the e-mail shown on the Web Community will be your Hot Mail address. If you don't like this go to "My Member Profile" and change it.

RE-JOINING THE COMMUNITY
Has your membership lapsed but you can't rejoin because your e-mail address is "already in use".
